Allstate’s experienced professional managers and staff adheres to our intensely focused and proven approach to day-to-day management to maximize long and short term cash flow and growth.

They do this while providing consistent, quality service and performance to the properties and their residents. Allstate manages only Resource-owned properties. For optimum efficiency, Allstate maintains regional offices in key locations across the country in order to provide attentive, hands-on local management in areas where a concentration of Resource-owned properties are located.

Since its inception in 1971, Allstate Management has managed more than 150 properties with over 26,000 apartments.
